Debt counselling process

Debt counselling process and Debt review steps are very simple but it needs to be followed in order for the process to be completed

Clients sign Form 16

Regulated 17.1 (Formal notices) to creditors after which they have 10 days to respond with Certificates of Balance (COB’s)

Once 10 days have lapsed after 17.1 we will send out regulated 17.2’s confirming your application. On the same day we will send out provisional proposals for acceptance or amendment

Once all offers have been sent, amended or accepted we will approach a court to make your debt review an order
